All the small print?

We ship most orders of in-stock items
within 4 business days. Non-stock items will be confirm via e-mail / phone/ fax
with delivery date. All orders are shipped via USPS unless specified
(prepayment required). During the holiday season (November thru January)
orders may ship anywhere between 5-14 business days thereafter.

Frequently asked questions

How long do the treats last?
Most baked treats will easily last 3 months in a cool airtight container. Jerky treats will last 30 days once opened in a cool location or in the refrigerator.
Can I get a quantity discount on treats?
Yes, send us a message and we will help on a quantity discount.
How long will it take to get once I order?
Most orders are shipped within 7 business days, however during the holiday season it make take up to 14 days to fill an order. Actual transit time will vary with the postal service.

Do you accept returns?
We don't not accept returns.

Privacy/Return Policy Customer Information:

All information regarding customer (e.g. name, addresses, phone numbers etc.)
will never be released to any other parties. All information will be kept within
the confines of the Waggin' bakery. Unless specified by the customer you will not receive any promotional offers or specials. Your personal information will never be sold to any outside parties, or
organizations.
